I love the classic design of the new SE, and the fact it has TouchID - which is so convenient to use. I much prefer it to the newer bezel-less iPhone designs with their rounded screen corners, weird notches and FaceID (which doesn’t work when you h…

Millions of people still use iPhones with TouchID and prefer it to FaceID - especially now that we’ll be wearing face masks for the next few years. I will certainly be upgrading my iPhone 8 to the new iPhone SE.

It has TouchID instead of FaceID - which makes it perfect for me!

Fabulous news! Touch ID is back in a brand new phone. I really don’t like FaceID. I’ll be upgrading my iPhone 8 ASAP. Well done Apple.

I don't care what they call it - as long as it has TouchID. I still much prefer TouchID over FaceID.

Agreed. The latest MacBook Pros are better than the horrendous butterfly keyboard versions but they still lack sufficient key travel. Apple please bring back the 2015 keyboards - which were fabulous!

It’s great that at least one iPhone will keep using Touch ID.

I really, really miss Touch ID. I hope Trump nudges Cook to put it back on the iPhone ASAP when he meets him in Davos this week. I just don’t trust facial recognition unlock technology - all those infrared beams in my eyes can’t be a good thing.

Apple should never again introduce a keyboard with less than 1mm of travel. Hopefully, they have learned their lesson. Tactility requires Travel. Without a decent amount of key travel, typing feels like pounding your fingers on concrete. I’m real…

I am so glad Apple has finally replaced the atrocious butterfly keyboard. Apple should never again introduce a keyboard with less than 1mm of travel. Hopefully, they have learned their lesson. I’m really looking forward to buying a new MacBook as…

Let’s hope that the new keyboard has a decent amount of key travel and a tactile feel. The last four generations of MacBook keyboards have been atrocious! They make typing feel like pounding your fingers on concrete.

Apple, please stop trying to reinvent the keyboard. Just use the 2015 scissors version. It’s reliable, tactile and feels great to use with just the right amount of key travel. In other words, IT WORKS! If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.

I really hope this is true. The Butterfly Keyboard is a flawed design, and not just a matter of preference. Here’s why. Keyboard travel is like cushioning in a sports shoe. If there is insufficient depth of cushioning, the shoes will feel harsh t…
