Update: Logging out of your Apple account in iTunes and then logging in again should fix the issue where you can't accept the ToS.

Not a fan. If Helvetica is designed to evoke transparency, efficiency, and trustworthiness, and Roboto is designed to evoke science, magic, and possibility, then to me San Francisco feels like it was designed to evoke burn out, depression, and hopel…

Runs perfectly on my 3GS. The new maps feature runs smoothly, and Safari seems like it's either the same or just slightly faster. Navigon GPS is still extremely slow, but it doesn't seem to be any worse than before.

I was in an Apple store today and they wouldn't give me a free replacement on my Macbook Pro battery, which was so swollen that the trackpad doesn't even work anymore. Yes, it's out of warranty, but it's also a massive fire hazard and has the risk…

This update is broken. I updated via the website, and it installed successfully, but when I go to the App Store software updater it still shows that 10.8.1 isn't installed yet.

The whole point of not broadcasting the event is so that everyone has to learn about it through the mainstream media. This gives the media a huge incentive to show up, because they know they are going to get tons of traffic. Do you really think Appl…

I called *369# and it told me that, "As a valued customer, we can offer you an upgrade with a new 2-yr commitment and an $18 upgrade fee." However, I bought the 3GS the day it came out so I shouldn't be eligible to upgrade before the end of the year…

Someone asked this exec if the iPhone was coming, and he said it was and that everyone should just be patient.

Any chance that this means that Apple will update the MacBook Pro in a couple weeks? I need a new computer, but I want one without any problems with the video card.

Will the Apple store match the MacMall computer discounts, or not since it includes a mail-in rebate?

I have a PowerBook and it still constantly drops the WiFi for no reason, even though I sit less than 20 feet away from the transmitter. (I am one floor up, but sitting directly over it.) The only way I can get the signal back is to open the window f…

I just installed the update on my powerbook G4, and now the backlighting on my keyboard keeps turning on for no reason.

I've never seen Steve this unenthusiastic about a new product lineup. The words were coming out of his mouth, but it didn't really sound like he believed in what he was selling.

What about all the problems with the App store? I just bought an App and it downloaded but now it's been stuck on "processing app" for half an hour. Hitting pause doesn't do anything. What am I supposed to do now?

Actually there are problems mounting Flash drives with Leopard. If your system clock isn't set to the correct date then it won't let you write to a flash drive. (If you remove the battery the clock gets set to 1977 or something, which makes writing …
