I hope they fixed the GMA3100 drivers for last generation macbooks. OpenGL simply sucks with crashes, kernel panics and whatnot, when using certain 3D apps.

I got this keyboard a couple of weeks ago, and it's probably the best keyboard I've ever used, including ones on laptops. Yes, I prefer that it doesn't have a numeric keypad. I rarely use those keys and there is more room for the mouse. I do find th…

Being an old Amigan, I'm glad it was mentioned.

What would really be nice, I think, would be to get rid of the need to swap to a mechanical harddrive. This is the only problem with my old PPC Mac Mini, because it takes ages to swap, even though I have a full 1 GB of memory, but when not swapping,…

By the way, you with Safari problems: Did you check up on CPU usage during lockups? How about swapping? If I have a lot of tabs open and start to move around, it will take long breaks with the beach ball where it needs to swap or do other work. Rest…

I experience graphical trashing in full screen in 1600x1200 whenever I do a couple of slideshows using Finder or Preview. After a couple of tries, the screen always completely trashes, when viewing images that way, but returns to normal, if I zoom o…
