I’m certain the plaintiff is kicking himself for not specifying a “wrist-mounted watch-type device” instead of “devices attached to "appendages" specified as a finger in the patent, or a "cuff device". It would have helped his case immeasurably.

Here comes the vocal minority! Apple catches a lot of flak for its battery cases, but I love the way they look, the hunchback design is brilliant and fits very comfortably in the hand. I’ll be buying a black one as soon as they are available.

This is a non issue. I would love an iPad Pro with a 400 micron bend, anyone know where I can pick one up for a hefty discount?

Personal Anecdote: I listen to podcasts and I always have an option to skip the copy reads. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don’t, depending on my task and mood. I suspect Spotify customers will act the same. Skipping every ad sounds like work.

The government is supposed to be ensuring our safety. I’d take the security of knowing my family’s personal phones are encrypted and secure over the fleeting chance terrorists are plotting mischief in our area (rural Western Canada).

Sounds about right. Take my like, good sir!

Isn’t the notch supposed to be the new handset paradigm that visually separates IPhone from the rabble? I don’t lend this rumour much credence at all. Sounds like click baiting to me.

I really wish Siri was better at understanding dictation. I just tried to dictate several long paragraphs because I thought it would be faster than writing, but I had to go back and make so many edits; I wonder if typing would have been easier?! I …

I LOVE my earpods; treating them like an extension of my vehicle's sound system. They did disappear for about a month and a half under the couch however 😕.

Tribal thinking is the bane of our existence; an outdated paradigm which threatens our modern ways of life. Witness the chaos of the political system in the U.S., where discourse between political systems is nigh impossible, each side refusing to li…

Excellent synopsis, Victor; thank you. Your edulidation of the more technical aspects of the apple ecosystem are a welcome addition to the mix.

I find every part of the ifixit reviews helpful except the obsolete “repairability” score. I’m never going to risk a user repair when the geniuses can do it under warranty, LOL.

The FHI is displaying such "last century era" thinking. With literally everything on the verge of being integrated into a (artificial intelligence) network, keeping data tightly encrypted seems crucial! Breaking it open in hopes of prosecuting relat…

Hope the airpods come with an external speaker on the case so I can find them with my watch. Something so personal as airpods shouldn't be so hard to misplace.
