My iPhone 14 Pro Max battery is about ready to be replaced, so I will be going that route and hold onto it for another year or two. Really no reason for me to upgrade, so I’ll sit this round out and see what happens down the road.

This is not only happening with the latest iPhones. I am also experiencing it with my iPhone 14 Pro Max running the previous public beta, and still occurring with the current iOS 18.1 (22B5075a).

CaptainQ said: are studio displays safe? they are fairly similar Good question. I had problems with my old 2011 Thunderbolt Display back in the day, and I own the current 27 inch Studio Display. I purchased the yearly $49.99 AppleCare plan…

I think that lots of folks are just holding on to their iPhones longer. I got a $1K rebate on my iPhone 14 Pro Max through AT&T. The catch of course is that you get the rebates back on a monthly basis. That’s fine with me. Getting a $1600 phone …

Thanks for the six month update review! Me personally, going from a 14 Pro Max would be a little much. My habit of yearly upgrading has ended with these phones being so good, as well as the fact that the aggressive 1K off AT&T sale of the 14 Pro…

All I can honestly say is: "Apple, TAKE MY MONEY...if I HAD it!!!!😭😵💫. That is the impression that I believe a LOT of folks are coming away with, and perhaps that makes Zuckerberg nervous, as well it SHOULD.

Thanks for this most helpful article, but shouldn’t step 3 be “turn ON crash detection”? Mine is in the on position, and I just want to make sure I have it set correctly.

One thing I was hoping to find out is how loud the smart cooling feature is, and if it constantly runs or stops if/when it senses the iPhone is properly cooled down? Thinking about giving this a go.

NYC362 said: If you plug the battery into a MacBook, iMac, or iPad (Air or Pro), the update can take just a few minutes. Confirmed. Thank you for this tip! I just connected the battery to my 2018 iPad Pro, and it updated within 15 minute…

No issues per se with a mid cycle color refreshment, but I do think it's about time to include the Product Red option with the Pro models.

I really like Otter’s limited edition cases. I bought one of their Avengers Iron Man glow in the dark cases for my iPhone X at the time. It was a great case. I wish they would bring out more for the 12 and 13 series.

One thing to be wary of: the magnetic connector can get very warm after charging, so be careful!

Have the green one that I purchased when I owned an iPhone 11Pro Max. It’s really one of those lifesaver things that you happen to have handy when you need it. It’s come in handy more than a few times. Highly recommended!

I wish the 12 Pro Max were included in these benchmark tests as well. It probably would’ve beaten the S-22 as well, or at the very least matched it.

I can see them making one of these for the MagSafe Battery as well. That would be great.
