As much as I'd love to poke holes in Microsoft's sales numbers, the truth is that I can't. Why? Well, because whether it's 17 million copies or 20 million copies, that's still a ton of copies of Windows Vista sold at a time when it is NOT a holiday …

I have to agree with the M$ execs when they stress that they won't be a significant competitor to the iPod instantly (unlike what most people still seem to expect). I saw the Zune and it looks alright, in my opinion... but not enough to make me w…

Here is the way I look at it in terms of value and pricing: The 8 Gb nano is significantly smaller in physical size, significantly smaller in screen size, significantly smaller in capacity size.... It should be significantly smaller in price. …

Hey, folks. I don't really understand what's happening here. So, The Device (iPhone/iPod/whatever) will not have the touchscreen entirely, but will have a "touch bezel" instead? So, it's like an enhanced iRiver Clix? Am I getting this correctl?

Time for Apple to own up to their mistakes. Heck, even the Unofficial Apple Weblog is saying that such a response from Apple was immature. If this viruse came in on a Zune, then the fault would've been (rightfully) on Microsoft's shoulders - not …

C'mon. If Steve J. thought that was a funny joke, he should've put a little more thought into it. It was tragically unfunny. He has plenty of other rasons to slam the Zune, but the girlfriend thig kinda sucked.

Actually, I think this looks worse on iPods than it does on Windows-based machines. Think about it: The average consumer (you know, the ones that don't read computer-based message boards) aren't computer-whizzes. To them, the fact that their iPod…

"Hello from Seattle." Gotta give it to them: That's freakin' cute! I saw this thing and it's not horrible. It's no iPod, but it's definitely not horrible. I actually dig the brown (though I think it'd look much better as a brushed aluminum cas…

Personally, I like it's features (though it's design may be questionable). *You're always one click away from ANY menu from ANYPLACE. (A big plus that I am suprised Apple hasn't included yet.) *Magnetic headphones to keep them from getting tangl…

Here's a conversation I bet has never occured: "You know that current iPod Shuffle is just too darn BIG! I mean, something the size of a pack of gum? How can I deal with that? MUST BE SMALLER!" Obviously, I am not a fan of the Shuffles...

I will never pay $15 for a movie download unless the incentives were huge. At this point (even with a true video iPod on the way) I don't see a huge incentive to pay that much for something that may not have bonuc features or a cute little case.
