  • I ordered a brand new iPhone XR YESTERDAY, DECEMBER 20, received it via express shipping TODAY DECEMBER 21.  In the Apple store TODAY, iOS 12.1.2 update 16C101 was pushed to my phone.  No 16C104 as of December 21 for me.
