Class-action suits are a money grab by corporate ambulance chasers. Unless pro bono, they have nothing to do with helping consumers. At least once a year, I get some postcard regarding some class-action suit against some company I did business with …

Mandates imposed upon the unwilling are the new status quo. Thanks Big Brother Obama et al. The days of operating as a free, private citizen are over. Soon none of us will have money for these silly devices anyway.

My wife and I both have this problem. I don't use the phone function as much as my wife, but she's been complaining about this since day 1.

I'll never understand why anybody cares about sending a picture that is so low in quality that the person receiving it can't even make out what it is. It's like complaining that you can't send a telegram. It's just something for losers who have …

Ok, the 24-inch 2.8 i bought last week is not so bad after all. I have discrete GPU AND FW400/800. This is purely a price point value refresh. We'll probably see a major update in the fall with new GPU and CPU.

I don't understand the obsession with MMS, especially when the iphone is designed for internet and email. The point of the iphone is that you don't have to rely on sms/mms that archaic cell phones require. MMS is just a hack-job. Between email, soci…

someone who gets it. The iPhone is not a mobile phone. It's a mobile computing device...or "lifestyle" device. The design is such that even first gen iPhones have nearly limitless potential at the software level. Quote: Originally Posted by bbelo…
