  • I ran my mbp with 512 its fast unless too many programs. Get a 512 Jetram stick to make 1 gig. Only $36 and has worked in 2 guys minis and my mbp. I havn't noticed any problems for 3 weeks now. Good deal. Who needs 2 GB lol

  • Well, I bought a 512MB Transcend JetRam chip from Newegg for like $36 and I've had no problems for 2 weeks or so. 2x 512mb 1.83mbp. Should be same ram i think

  • At newegg their are many pc2-5300 200 pin 1 gbs for under 100. 1 is 78 dollars. Does anyone have any experience with these particular chips? 512 = $49

  • I ordered mine on the 18th from amazon, 1.83 ghz stock and shipping estimated for April 24. If amazon if the leading mac reseller, why is it that the guy from pcconnection is getting his in like 2 weeks. Or is my date bogus. Should I be ordering one…
