  • Actually I've just found the answer I've been looking for Macworld have some tests comparing all three Macpros. The 2.66 looks perfect considerably quicker than the 2.0 and not too far behind the 3.0ghz. Thanks for the input folks. http://www.macwor…
  • when the G4 iMac was released Steve said that Apple wanted the screen and computer combined. IMO It makes it the perfect home computer, fewer wires no fuss. I don't see Apple changing this strategy.
  • I have seen comparisons of the 2.66 and 3.0, but do you think there would be big performance difference between the 2.66 and the 2.0? I am assuming by having dual proc I should be able to move seamlessly betwwen P/shop,Illus,Indsesign and Aperture?

  • I've noticed on the UK Apple store that 20" iMacs have a delivery time of 5-7 days and when you customise the order (e.g. add a USB modem) it jumps to 9-11 days. Are Apple cannibalising the parts to meet demands for the Macbook or do you think we w…

  • I've noticed that the UK, French, German and other European stores are showing delivery times of 5-7 days for the 20" iMac. It has had 24hr delivery time for the last year, I wonder if we can expect an update before WWDC as Conroe and Merom are offi…

  • I noticed that apple have redesigned their pro site. I wonder is this in preparation for a MacPro release soon (June), or am I just anticipating a bit too much? http://www.apple.com/pro/
  • With the speed that apple have been changing over to intel, surely they are not going to wait until august to release a woodcrest based system (if thats what they are going to use in the MacPros). If intel are releasing woodcrest 19th june would tha…
