The latest version of MacQuisition I can see is 2019 R1.2. According to the user guide it is officially supported on macOS 10.11 (El Capitan), 10.12 (Sierra), 10.13 (High Sierra), and 10.14 (Mojave) systems... so it doesnt look like it is supported…
