No, it simply means that that single application is not running. there are hundreds of keylogger systems out there. If you are in a place where you might be watched, it could be network-level, instead of system level, in which case, you lose.

This should work, as it does in 10.4: Start up by the disk, then run the password rest application, and reset the password for the Admin. The application should be in the utilities menu
