Dark mode isn't Black mode. The windows are grey, not true black, so I'm not sure the "OLED is coming" reasoning is right, as I think grey doesn't save much energy compared with true black, as the LEDs have to be on to do grey.

There is a great third party game called Zymon in the app store. Admittedly I built it. :P Overall though, as a developer, I can tell you that currently apps are VERY limited in what they can do. This is why you won't see any real action games on …

Hold down the Menu button for 2 seconds to return to the top menu (if not already there). Then hold down the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds to sleep the device. It's not perfect – you have to get back to the top menu. But it is workable, and you…

The agenda doesn't seem to mention the PowerBook G5, but I heard it is confirmed!

Since the MacBook Pros looked a lot like the PowerBook G4s, I'd guess the Mac Pros will look a lot like the PowerMac G5s. Also, since they go under your desk, I can't see an IR port on them. Nor an iSight. And it doesn't make sense to have the …

The current one button wireless mouse sucks up batteries like crazy. I would assume the mighty mouse equivalent does so even more, as it monitors touch sensors and a scroll wheel continually. This could be the problem. Not to mention they have to…

So does anyone have anything positive to say about iPhoto? Does the interface suck compared to Picasa? Does it have poor editing features (red eye etc)? Does the zoom feature suck?

Ok. So "yellow hat". What is good about iPhoto? You mention: + colour profiles + RAW support What else? I'm trying to get a balanced view, and then we can think more about what iPhoto should try to be. What good points can it take fr…

Given spotlight, iPhoto could (potentially) be able to find all your images on your hard drive, and they just appear in iphoto almost instantly. So I would think an iPhoto for Tiger could work even better in this way. It sounds like Picasa works…

Not having a Windows machine, can someone fill me in on what makes Picasso better than iPhoto? What are the missing features? Is there anything that iPhoto does better?
