Oh, I went to the Tysons Apple Store opening (25 in line!!) I was twelve when I first came to AI. What about the rest of you?

I got a new iceBook, and I'm now a freshman in high school.

I'm here too! I'm really glad to have AI back.

I have a Visor Prism (I got it for Xmas). It does sync with OS X using Desktop 4.0. The only annoying thing is that during every HoySync, it tries to install a new version of the PalmOS, which fails due to the fact that a Visor cannot be upgrad…

*Bump* Does anyone know if this will work?

Handspring Visor Prism. Not exactly an upgrade; but it has a new screen after I managed to drive it into the edge of a desk at school.

Well, I've narrowed it down to the QPS 24x10x40 and the LaCie U&I 24x10x40x drives. One thing I noticed is that the LaCie drive does not support variable packet writing. What is this exactly, and is it important? Reccomendations?

The iSub is designed to sit on carpets or other soft surfaces, not desks. See the user's guide.

Whoops! That'll teach me to proofread my posts before hitting submit.

Probably. I do know you won't have to do any mucking with BIOS (Macs don't even have this!) or any UNIX underpinnngs. Mac OS X should automatically see it and use it. The only thing you'll need is iDVD, which likely doesn't ship on the non-SuperD…

Drag the event(s) you want to the desktop.

iCab also does this, and it allows you to do it on a server-level. I.e., popups are generally enabled, with the exception of known offenders (MacCentral, anyone?). This is nice because some sites like CNN use popups to display poll results, etc.
