$20/month or $240/year? I’ll take my chances. Wait! I always have. In 25 years of owning Apple products across probably 20-25 or more devices, AppleCare would have only “paid off” to have ONCE. My advice (not advice): Save your money in a s…

I like Apple’s argument. It’s better than “Come on. COME ONNN!” /Peter Griffin

As someone who runs a forum on the internet, my site had to be shut down due to AI scrapers bombarding my site with requests. Sure, I had 50GB of pictures and over 370,000 posts made over 25 years from over 6000 users so it was perfect to learn fr…

The people who can least afford to pay the deposit on the equipment are the ones who need it the most to save on repairs and vice-versa. It’s a lot of hassle to save a few hundred bucks while risking messing it up. Well, YouTubers will have conte…

SiTime said: So it’s going to be “iOS 26” and not “iOS 25”? Going to make it less-confusing by naming it one calendar year ahead of the actual year (car model year style)? If so, that’s fine. I’ll adjust. But doing it this way is slightly mor…

I had a 7 Plus for 4 years and a 12 Pro Max for three and a half. Both needed new batteries which was why i ultimately upgraded, not for usability issues or performance. I got a 15 pro Max. I liked my 7 and COVID made the 12 not quite as utili…

“The device” couldn’t have been described more vaguely or arbitrarily as to what it is or does. The best we have is it’s for a desktop and not mobile. Of it know everything about me, it must be camera based and listen at all times. It must be i…

I’m surprised the supply chains exist enough to build in Brazil.

I find Apple’s arguments compelling in the legal sense.
