If I had to choose between fancy-pants screen options, I'd much rather have a PixelQi screen instead of an OLED screen.

You can't get much fresher than the 17 inch pro, what with it not even shipping yet. The 15 inch is just a couple of months old as well, so I doubt there's going to be much of a refresh anytime soon.

I've run the hardware test. The long one. I read somewhere that faulty RAM may not show up on the first pass, so one should do several. Think I did 14 passes or something like that, I know I left it running for 24 hours or so. I'm going to try the f…

They happen without Opera running as well. I switched to Safari for a while and got another one. They also hit regardless of wether I'm running off the battery or have the charger connected. The machine has 4GB of RAM, which came pre-installed fro…

Ok, the SMC reset didn't help. I forgot to save the error message, but it didn't look different from whats above. Is there anything I can try to isolate the source of the kernel panics?

I don't think the Apple logo is off-center. It looks to me like the left half is covered by the same styrofoam sheet that the shell is lying on. But yeah, this looks to be a MacBook Air shell with some photoshopping.

I'm not so sure the day-to-day use of a TV has as much, or any, room for user interface revolutionizing as the cellphone market had. The thing with celsphones is that by and large, their menus are cryptic and confusing and just basic use can turn in…

It could also be related to iTunes pricing. For example (and I am aware that this scenario is not terribly likely) a move to all DRM-free music in the iTunes store, for which Apple had to agree to take a smaller piece of the sale price, could be ca…
