Congratulations Apple. Justice prevailed.

"The search company has said the tracking of Safari users was inadvertent, and no harm was caused to consumers." There is no way that this tracking code came about by accident. It was willful, it was deliberate. That is the complete opposite…

I am sure Apple will be sued anyway.

These types of holidays make no sense. In fact they make things considerably worse. If companies know that congress will grab their ankles and grant a tax "holiday" every few years, the companies will *never* bring any cash home during the off years…

By the same token, all contracts entered into by Kodak x number of days before filing bankruptcy are considered void by the bankruptcy court, and Kodak can't possibly enter into any new ones without court-approval now. Apple's patents should remain …

Yea. iTV has a point on this one. They own that name fair and square and have spent decades marketing and building up that brand. Apple will have to come up with a lucrative arrangement for them, or just use another name.

I read "application" not "appellation" in the original letter from Cisco.

I can't see how this is anything but entrapment. Hey there minimum wage worker in the most expensive city in the USA, have I got deal for you! This reeks of injustice.

Let's not forget -the most valuable company in the world is almost exclusively a Mac shop.

Wait. They charge for technical support?

Oh noes. I love Apple, but this sounds bad. I don't know what to think. If it was a group of scared employees trying to get their phone back the quickest way possible, I could understand why they did it. Without condoning it of course. But what w…

They'll probably charge some ridiculous amount for it. They have always ended any hope of adoption of their tools and consequently the targeted platforms by doing that. They used to have some insanely good optimizing compilers for PPC that small dev…

Since Google and Verizon started divvying the internet up amongst themselves I have seriously considered switching to Bing. Maybe it's time to bury the hatchet with beleaguered Microsoft and give them a chance.

"Ballmer told reporters he is more interested in launching new products and improving profitability" New products isn't the same as better products. Improving profitability won't lead to better products either. I question his vision \

Bing just hasn't been that good for me. The results of just about every search I've tried have been pretty awful. I invariably go back to google to get the info I am looking for. For example, I searched for "Canon MF6590 drivers" the other day fo…
