I think the article is a little vague, it says that they can only make 3 or 4 an hour, but how many are they normally able to produce if there are no problems? Also this is per machine, how many machines do they have doing this?

Not an expert, just my 2 cents worth. The problem is real, but it is not as simple as bridging the 2 points. It is a matter of covering a certain part of the antenna and somehow "blocking" the signal. Many people have latched on to this point …

Ordered my 15 inch MBP a couple of days after launch, got it in 4 days. Specced with 15 inch hires antiglare display, 8GB of ram and 512GB SSD. I don't think it is a delay, more like they ran out of stock.

Gene Munster is really not a very good Apple analyst, the only reason why he is quoted so much is because he talks the most. One product launch and you can expect 2 to 3 predictions from him, 300K, 600 to 700K and then finally back to 300K. Th…

Not sure if this has been mentioned but the key reason why the Pre failed is because Palm launched a phone that only works in the US and maybe 1 or 2 other countries. Even though this is now being addressed, it is too late because they already misse…

A few points: 1. I could be wrong, but the algorithm that has been hacked is for gift vouchers and not iTunes cards. They are different. 2. Apple has started banning/suspending iTunes accounts using fraudulent gift vouchers. In fact they have …

I personally feel that analysts should be held accountable for their calls. All too often, an analyst will write something, cause a stock to tank and then flip flop and go, "Oops I was wrong", a few days later when they are proved wrong. Some won't …
