I couldn't agree more in terms of a computer being small enough. Yes, the mini is already small enough. Making it smaller serves no purpose to me. I can see reason for changing the mini's shape into something sexier... something to show off on a…

By the way... assuming that IS the new Mac Nano, is there a reason to suspect the specs will be much better than the current Mini? I've been dying to buy a Mini, but I'm waiting for Leopard (no reason to spend $129 more than I have to).

Is this the Mac Nano? There's lots of talk about Apple ditching the optical drive on the next mini/nano/whatever they'll call it. I love the look of it, if it's legit, but the lack of an optical drive is a big deal. We all know Apple was fi…

If there's one thing that really frustrates me about Apple, this is it. Good god, is the iMac going to be the only consumer Mac? I * DON'T * NEED * A * MONITOR * ! I already have one! Don't kill the mini! Replace it with something better.

I also happen to enjoy the old happy face finder icon. It reinforces the notion that OS X is a fun, user friendly experience. You can't get much more Mac than that.

I'm pondering the same, basically. I'm buying a Mini the day Apple announces a discount on Leopard for anyone who buys a new Mac. That's probably a week or two away... ...? I'm guessing, obviously, based on what happened when I bought my cur…

Someone was eluding to this above... look at the keys directly above the USB port in the above photo. Look at the left hand side of the keys. You can see the left edge of the keys, but there is no left edge of the USB port directly below them. …

Am I the only one who noticed the placement of the USB ports? Why would Apple put them back on the sides of the keyboard again? That puts a USB cable poking out right where your hand is mousing. I love this keyboard, but HAAAAAATE the USB ports.
