For $329 I would expect a retina display. For me at this point, with any new Apple hardware, no retina = no sale.

When do you think we will see an 11" MBA with retina display? The form factor of that design intrigues me. I already have a 3 year-old 13" MBP that I'm still quite happy with, other than the weight. But after getting the iPhone 5, I won't buy anyth…

It will be hard for me to justify buying any Apple product at this point that does not have the retina display. If the iPhone has it, so should the iPod touch, the rumored iPad mini, and most definitely the new iMac's. Personally, an 11" MacBook Ai…

The situation with cable and satellite boxes in this country is borderline criminal, IMO - and an obstacle to innovation and free choice for consumers. I've been waiting for years to see simple, universal, cost-effective solutions in the fre…

OK, I guess I'll further derail this discussion from Rupert Murdoch into the current sorry state of the music industry. I can fully appreciate the convenience and benefits of the Apple/iTunes ecosystem for enjoying and managing one's music librar…

I also have found the new interface to be painfully slow and clumsy since the 3.0 upgrade. Always overshooting the mark or not responding quick enough to be useful. My preferred use of the ATV as a music server is not nearly as enjoyable as before. …

To the person above who suggested that we are not using the AppleTV properly if we are not syncing content back to the computer - YTF would I want to do that? I bought the AppleTV nearly two years ago so I could watch iTunes HD and YouTube video …

Quote: with the disappointing pace of Blu-Ray adoption, it looks like the company has picked the right strategy. Not sure where that statement is coming from. The pace of Blu-Ray adoption is far ahead of where DVD was at a similar time-frame. Fr…
