My 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S were all black. When I saw the 5 in the Apple Store, I had to have it in white -- and absolutely no regrets. Ordered the mini in white as well. That white / silver motif is pretty slick.

I also note that the "Diagnostics and Usage" got invisibly changed to "Automatically Send" in my iOS 6 iPhone 4S, even though it was set to "Don't Send" when iOS 5 was installed. I guess this is just collateral damage when upgrading, but it's not s…

The fact that Mansfield said he was retiring and then didn't is, to me, a very positive one. With the money his stocks / options are giving him, I'm thinking he isn't going to be lured back to work with compensation. More likely, there is so…

These iFixit guys are lovably insane. They fly halfway around the world, buy one of the first commercially available iPad 3's on the planet, then instead of even turning it ON and looking at that purportedly GORGEOUS screen, they take a hairdryer to…

Significant or not, an iPad3 with the upgrades being talked about here (retina, camera, processor, Siri) is going to sell like hotcakes. Just remember what people originally thought of the "significance" of the 4S' upgraded specs.

All these folks with leaked iPad3 parts should all get together and just build one!

Why do I get the distinct feeling that Apple has just sprung a trap? All of those pre-ambles with not contesting the original suit in Germany, getting banned there, getting un-banned there, and now this, with a potential of billions of upside. …

All of you folks spouting righteous indignation over this should give your heads a shake. You may all be right, fair and just, and it will still matter not a whit. The question is: does Apple want to do business in China? If so, and I think it's …

While you all are making good points about the weaknesses in the email, they would have to be a great deal worse before they really mattered. If a person doesn't know what a phishing attack is then the occasional grammar mistake isn't going to be al…

There may be technical reasons why Apple didn't offer Siri on other devices. It may be purely a marketing decision. That's for them to decide. As someone else said, they didn't break any promises by limiting Siri. So, kudos to the people who …
