Simply crazy that Ireland does not want to collect the $14.5 billion Apple owes.

More often than not, I end up shooting, "You're an idiot!" when using SIRI. It cannot understand anything beyond the most rudimentary request. And, it too often directs me to a Web page instead of just telling me the answer.

So, if San Bernardino changed the password, didn't they need the original password in order to reset it? And, if they had the original password why don't they remember what is was? What am I missing here?

Probably worried about a remote wipe via Find My iPhone, no?

Sorry, Dude… As much as I like Apple, their tax policy sucks. It's time to cough up, pay your bill and be a good citizen.

I'm glad the Europeans have the guts to stand up to these corporations. It seems the US lawmakers and regulators are owned by them.

Apple was charging way too much money for iAd. And, they only wanted the big, corporate players. I'm surprised that Google only has 9% of the mobile market; I thought it would be much higher.

Despicable how Apple, and so many other companies are shirking their tax liabilities. Glad to see Italy doing this; the European Union has more guts than our corporate-beholden reps. I remember both California senators, both democrats, coming ou…

I'd like to know the difference between an industrial age tax code and a digital age tax code. To me, it just sounds like Tim and Company don't like paying taxes. But, maybe others can explain his thoughts.

>>> charge a VAT on all goods and services sold in the US The trouble with a VAT tax is that it is a flat tax: everyone pays the same percentage. It is only fair that the rich, and rich corporations—those better abled to pay—should pay a h…

What's outdated is that today's taxes are about half of what they were forty years ago, and even less than that compared to the 1950's through the 1970's. Tim and company may be paying "everything they owe", but it is not their "fair share". Apple …

The trouble with this picture is that the start neither looks like nor sounds like Steve Jobs.

I really want to see what Cortana can do. Apple should not cripple this service; allow "Hey, Cortana!" You may blast me for this, but I find Siri incredibly stupid and usually cannot answer my question, often not understanding it correctly. Furt…

This is very poor on Apple's part. They know 16 GB is not enough these days. They just want the extra $100 the 64 GB model beings. I suspect the only people buying the 16 GB versions are those who are really having a hard time even affording the bas…
