Exactly, that's what I want, I just don't know exzactly how to do it. I'll look at thee utility thing Brad mntioned, but I'd rather not go muck everything up by not knowing what im doing...

Brad, so to do it I need to to totally lose everything? Hmmm. About the computer eating itself: it does. I dunno, in my experiance computers always do this. I've had my iMac for about 7 months now. I don't really know HOW to do maintenence on it…

There would be no legal problems so long as AI posted that everything is the users own risk, and that they don't support / endorse / warrent the products. It would pretty much just be people who knew each other trusting each other. But no llegal iss…

Get an 89. 83's are effeectivly jazzed up regular calculators.

For the same money (actually, for more moeny), Macs ARE slower. Especially X.

That would be good- except I wouldnt be able to make changes to it. I'd have to remake the image each time, and toss the old one etc... hmmm...

I still use IE5.2. Its awfull shitty- but most of that is X's fault anyway. I'd kill for an OS9 with X's stability. As for text-twist, my highest score was once over 41,000. I lost it all to "videos". Damnnation.

Mine looks normal. .. assuming I know what a docklett is...

Err... the iMac handles broadband fine..? I mean, pretty much any new computer these days does. It comes with a built in 10/100 ethernet port, so all you'll have to do is plug in the cable.. As for the speakers, it just depends how much an audiop…

Youd think they could afford some better chairs though......

yes, like he said. The iMac has some RAM built into it rather permanently, and one slot where you can easily put in an additional chip. Unless you plan on doing some pretty high end graphics or video work, a whole GB of RAM is likely overkill for yo…

Wow- I never knew Apple bought SoundJam for iTunes. SoundJam is amazing, far and away the best music player I've ever used. And as for my two cents, I don't like the brushed metal look for anything other than final cut and quicktime. It's just ve…

Bah- I want a nifty badge, but I'll never actually attend

Hmm- If it stars in 2 weeks, theres no sense in BTO'ing the hardware from the Apple stor (website), because it takes quite a bit longer to get that stuff out. And if you're not BTO'ing it, then I'd suggest just driving down to an Apple Store (actual…
