I bought an iPhone 11 Pro and have never used AR. AR had nothing to do with my decision to buy that phone. Zero. I’ve never heard any of my friends talking about AR. It’s not a thing yet in my circle of friends or any of the tech sites I follo…

Ready to buy a 16” MacBook Pro to replace my woefully outdated 2010 MacBook Pro. Hoping Apple roles out a CPU spec bump soon!

Anyone know if you can go look at them in the stores yet? That’s as close to having one of these as I will ever get. I like the design. Looks sweet! I’m still saving up for the new 16” MacBook Pro to replace my mid-2010 MacBook Pro.

ireland said: All USBc doesn't bother me. Can't tinker doesn't bother me. Price of machine, that bothers me. I wish they were even at bit more reasonably priced. Agreed. USBc will be fine, cough up a few $$ for dongles - no big deal. The…

So, glued in battery, not replaceable? I have a mid-2010 MacBook pro which has been a really excellent computer. Have had to replace the battery once, pretty cheap/easy. Machine still works like a champ. I've also upgraded the internal hard dr…

I tried to use iWork for a while. Ended up forking over the money for MS Office. Mainly used Numbers. Could never get used to it, I'm much more effective in Excel.

The biggest thing on my wishlist for the news app (which I like quite a bit) is that when you watch videos in the news app and turn the phone on its side, it doesn't rotate the video and make if fill the screen like it does when viewing in Safari.

Still using my iPad2, mostly for streaming netflix/web browsing. It is still fine for those things. Why upgrade?

I used WaterField's PSP case for years. They make nice stuff.

I have been using the new maps app since I got my iphone 5 (my first iphone). I haven't had any issues with it. We use it for turn by turn directions all the time. I think this whole thing is way overblown.

That is strange. Dedham MA and Framingham MA both have apple stores and they can't have near the population density as Brooklyn. Quote: Originally Posted by Morky If Brooklyn were not part of NYC, it would be the fourth largest city in Americ…

I switched to iBank too. After some getting used to it, I like it better as well. They have great customer support and are actively developing and enhancing their app. Quote: Originally Posted by chris v Too slow! I switched to iBank 3 month…

The Tech Spec's page hasn't been updated but the main paige has been. i5/i7 processors, Thunderbolt, backlight keyboard. All of the stuff that's been rumored. Not sure about the internal storage options.

Why doesn't AppleTV have Pandora?!?!? I saw a Samsung Blueray player that had the pandora client, so I highly doubt it is because Pandora doesn't want to be on AppleTV. Why doesn't AppleTV have Pandora??? It just makes no sense to me. I have…

Yeah, I don't get the apple love fest with the glossy displays. Alienating a lot of users out there. My wife needs a new laptop and the 13" Macbook Pro or one of the Macbook Airs would be great, but you can't get it with a matte display. Pretty a…

I have a free account and have Xcode 3 installed on my mac mostly just to play with. $4.99 is a deal by any measure for this development suite. If you are getting it to learn, you will probably spend far more on books...
