Took the plunge yesterday and upgraded to 3.03, no problems so far. If this continues I might be able to manage without FCE for a few more weeks. A tentative thumbs up.

I just reinstalled iMovie2 and it works like a dream just as I remembered, (so it wasn't my memory playing tricks on me after all). Gimme a ring when Apple produce an UPgrade rather than a downgrade.

Doing the above turns the file chosen into a Realplayer file, but all .ram files are still automatically launching iTunes unless changed manually.
