Sounds like a big baby that needs to grow up. People will sue for the stupidest things, usually only Americans do this because they believe they are entitled.

Finally they are acknowledging this needs a fix! All the reps just told me to restore the phone as new but that didn't work and they said get a new phone if not. Glad other people are having the same issue I am!

revamped? this just looks like it's a step back. they just used the same shell and took off features and storage space. this is not forward moving technology.
