i hope its more then just a hands on area. surely they wouldn't have to build a separate place for the press to use the products. I'm hoping its something bigger and that apple have some more surprises instore for us.

I don't care for the iPad 3 considering the iPad 2 isn't even out yet. These rumors are getting old. Yawn.

after seeing the demo of android 3 i think this is going to be the first "real" competition its a very smooth operator to the ipad. but timing is everything and with the ipad 2 due. this competition has really got a long way to go.

it's going to be a gesture proximity sensor that plugs into the 30pin connector of the iPad so you don't have to touch the screen no more greasy screens!! Wishful thinking? Lol

Great idea! I think the mute button is useless anyway i usually pause whatever im listening to if i need to hear whats happening in the real world

I live in New Zealand,I will be purchasing the iPad as soon as pre orders become available, I dont know why Jobs didnt stick to his word and launch worldwide simultaneously. as for the ibookstore eventually all countries will have access to it
