Dan Ives told CNN that it would take about $30 billion and three years for Apple to move its global supply chain back to American soil. But with what money is it expected to do this — the money from Services? That seems highly unlikely. UMM Apple ha…

The days of Apple’s innovative and affordable products are behind us.

"a form of extortion." "hostage taking." Has big tech not taken the world and our attention hostage? Do they not extort us for every penny they can? hypocrisy is not a good look.

They need to add more color options. I'm sick of this costco-esque color palette. Macbook Air Special Edition Product (RED) would be a hot item. Be great if they added at least HDMI to the unit, too.

Tim is a great operations guy and he saw products for a couple of niches that made a ton of money but he’s also had a few missteps that were unfortunately loss leaders as well. This comes from a myopic and overly operations and profit driven view. H…

I HATE when Apple half asses a product with so much potential. H2 chip. A better case. Jesus. Such simple improvements would make this a much better buy. Oh and I don’t know. Price it at $399. Would be a huge holiday buy. But no. Half ass the update…

Still too expensive. Which is good, because by the time they make a relatively affordable version, it will actually be usable.

Of course LLM AI can't reason, neither can most humans, but that doesn't stop us as a species.

This is the moronic company run by an idiotic billionaire who is unwilling to pay for consumer art and content to train their stupid AI because he doesn’t deem it valuable enough. So why should your passwords be encrypted? The government needs to le…

Ran into this same thing when getting my iPhone 15 pro max replaced at Apple. I then had to go to an ATT store to get it activated. This seems like a stupid problem to have. Maybe getting rid of the SIM card was not the brightest engineering move.

I noticed this on my 15 pro max that was on ios17. Seems like they cut their QA budget.

It’s not a “perceived lack of new designs“ - Apple’s design team has been seriously slacking since Jony left. And the colors or LACK of colors on the Pro models. Or the “case” on the AirPods Max. Jesus. Give us a product (red) pro lineup and I’ll …

I feel really bad that the EU is going to wind up with hobbled iOS functionality because giving anyone outside of Apple this level of access is a recipe for making iOS security more like android. Actually, no I don’t feel bad. Stupid is as stupid do…

I like the colors. I like USB C. But yes, a lazy upgrade. Bare minimum would be H2 chip, shouldn't it get the health features? And for the love of all design, give us a protective case at least on par with vision pro. It seems like on some of th…

This is laughable, given that Facebook and Instagram trained their AI models without explicit permission from content creators.

Just release the director's cut in the first place... after all... he is the director

If they were smart they would move colors to the pro line and the basic black/white/silver to the standard. It would make them a ton more money and simplify their product lineup and assembly process.

This product was nothing but a public beta—a cash grab. FOMO. It shouldn't have been launched until it was already at vOS 2 features and with a lot of third-party support. And that price point—yikes! I'm a big Apple fan. I refuse to use any other b…

Design has really gone to shite after Jony Ive left. Pun intended. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Give me the option of an entire product (red) lineup and I will replace every Apple item I own. And even purchase items I don’t. I’m sick a…
