I was strictly web browsing....I'm not a gamer and I haven't installed any production software yet....so I dont know why the battery isn't performing as it should be.

When I purchased this new MBP(2 days ago), I also opted for the new Bluetooth Magical Mouse....I love it....works great, the best mouse Apple has ever produced for sure.
