Rumours were out about Apples gold iPhone well before it was officially announced. Samesung saw this and hurried out their POS plastic gold coloured phone just to try and beat them. Big deal....fail!

What about the employees. Without them these people are nothing. I can understand SJ and Woz getting money...they created the company. I am not sure I like this continual money grab by the senior employees.

In a way I cannot wait for Apple to be small again like the early 2000's where products and innovation were key and not balance sheets and KPI's.

Too bad they have decided to give money back as dividends instead keeping an eye on the ball and actually caring about customer service, integrity and brand value. I am starting to think that SJ's death really was the end of the company...it is sl…

It is not reasonable if you sell premium products. Their should be a cap. Also it may not be non-discriminatory if they are not charging the same for every other use of the FRAND patents. Also it may not be fair if they are part of a larger techno…

Don't they backup their mail system every night. If their policy is to stop vital information from falling into the hands of their competitors through the loss of a computer then surely backing up onto a central server is still possible. I doubt a…

Lets assume that Motorola operate as a separate entity like Google says. The issue with Android OEM's is that Google is trying to gain more control of Android so they can make it a more consistent user experience. What that means is "get rid of th…

There is no doubt that Google purchased Motorola Mobility for its patents......cause their products suck and I don't believe they can start designing decent ones just because they have a new owner.

Amazons use of the use AppStore continues to piss me off. Money just cannot buy originality. I hope the courts force them to be original though no doubt they will just switch tpAmazone Playstore.

I wonder if Apple can sue. Not because of the flashmob advertising but because it looks almost like ti is an Apple stunt because the only company identifier is Apple. The perception by some is that Apple is doing the marketing of its o…

wake-up-australia.com.au There is a countdown on this website. Wouldn't it be funny if there was a DoS around the time this timer clicks to zero....just potulating.
