The PM 733 encodes at 2:1. The PM Dual-800 encodes at 1:1 The iMac800 most likely encodes at 2:1 or less. I'm curious to see what even faster G4s can accomplish.

I really, really, really want to order the $1299 iMac, but an April ship date is major deal-breaker. It boggles the mind. Only Apple can get away with this. If any other company did this, they wouldn't have a single customer.
