I will wait for 17" Retina hopefully they will release it soon. Also looking forward to the newer MacPro in 2013. So for now, I am happy with my early 2009 17" MBP.

I sync Apple lossless on my iPhone and iPad so that's not really an option for me to downgrade it to any less than lossless. I have been waiting for 24/96 for years though.
