• Real Player is a POS but unfortunately, until we convert everyone to QuickTime, it is needed. Real Player used to take over 30 seconds to quit on my G3 - no joke! Since I upgraded, it only takes about 6 seconds.

• Sluggish is a good word. I get the spinning rainbow circle a lot, and it doesn't really seem to be doing anything. The finder is sluggish and hopefully they will speed it up soon.

• I use it quite a bit, but if I really want to get stuff done, I have to boot back into OS 9.2. 10.1 is still a little too laggy for me, but it's coming along great!
