I use Scanner Pro and its worked out quite well for me. ...
Hmm.. Scanner Pro seems to have built in OCR for under $5, while it is a $25 add on for Fine Scanner.  Fine Scanner also seems to have a complex pricing structure: Entry Premium, Basic Premium, Premium, Advanced Premium, Lifetime Premium, ...

I have been using TurboScan for 4-5 years now and it has completely replaced my PC based desktop scanner.
    ...
The app has well over 30,000 reviews and almost all of them are 5 stars.   So, I guess I'm not alone in thinking this is a nice app.
Same here.  I've used this app since the iPhone 4 days.  Pictures of documents start off oblong because it's impossible to align the camera perfectly.  This app helps to correct that distortion, and crop the excess.  Pictures can be stored B&W, Color, Photo.  The app easily adds or removes pages from photo sets and sends them as a pdf.

Features I would like to see.  More options to sticky or mark documents as favorite.  By now I have quite a few documents and some of the important ones are hard to find.  However, this app is probably not meant to be a file storage.

I'm sure all the non-Americans watching this fiasco are laughing their a**es off.
Have you seen the rest of the world lately? It's a complete mess, and the majority of world leaders are class-A, clueless morons.

The opinions of 100% of all non-Americans are completely irrelevant as they have zero say in OUR elections. They can all go and screw themselves. Many countries are in complete collapse, now that is hilarious! We'll see who gets the last laugh. :#
Not sure I would say that most world leaders are morons.. However, the phenomenon of Trump like leaders, may not be unique to America. See TheAtlantic's "The View from Europe.. Little Trumps are in Every Country". These leaders similarly promise to "make their country great" by taking heavy handed approaches.
