And you would be right to sue if that was 1) A feature of the Apple Watch, 2) Others are able to fly while wearing the watch, 3) You can't fly (or fly as well) because of the color of your skin.  

With third party app stores it makes it possible for developers to leave one and go to another. I don't see comments about the impact this has on consumers. Will the app get updates? Does the consumer have to buy the app again from the new store? I realize a developer can do a number of things to move customers but that requires resources and cost money. And if they aren't in the Apple App Store I'm assuming its because they don't like Apple's commision structure or data privacy policy.

There's a difference between physical goods (car) or service (plumbing) and digital goods (blue twitter check mark) or service (Spotify). You can't hold or give the blue check mark you rent forever to someone else to hold or sell at a garage sale in the real world.

Nice looking UI. Also glad I am a nobody. No reason to spy on me unless they want to know what we’re having for dinner. 

Bummer. After 7 years of the same design I’m ready for a new look. I’ll likely pass on this update.
