  • Apple urges court to ignore Epic's anti-steering complaint

I want the courts to go after Epic instead of Apple. Epic wants everything for free.
I don’t know if the court is able to “punish” Epic for their frivolous filings.  However I do hope the court at least slaps them down with their response. Apple is clearly complying with the court’s order.  The fact that Epic wants everything for free and is disappointed that they’re not getting does not in any way show Apple to be non-compliant.

  • Apple has a solution to ghost touch issue on Apple Watch models

I had this issue two weeks ago with my Apple Watch 9. It was just going insane, literally seemed possessed. Unfortunately we can’t upload video in the comments. I’d never needed to do a force restart on any of my previous Apple Watches going back to 2015, so I wasn’t sure how. I couldn’t do a standard restart because of all the ghost touching, finally figured out how to do the hard restart on the watch. The issue hasn’t cropped up again yet. I’ve owned the watch since Christmas.

Interesting. No worries about the fighting in Ukraine?
Or any other conflicts around the world?

Perhaps this is because of a different pace. At the end of the year, death toll in Ukraine was around 9.700 people after these years, while in Gaza it's over 30.000 since October. Civilians x soldiers ratio also differs. Hard to judge...
Maybe you have a different Ukraine in mind? Hundreds of thousands have died.

He’s probably a paid Russian sympathizer trying to spread misinformation.

"Sounds like these companies know that they're not really going to be delivering better stores/prices and are trying to manufacture an excuse they can use as cover."

    Agreed. Whiners gotta whine.
The letter seems like it's making valid claims.

Now we have to wait and see if the EU agrees.
Which claims do you think are valid?  Why do
    you believe they are valid?

Spotify, Fortnite, et al. want to be able to make money off Apple’s platform while giving no money to Apple for creating the platform, supporting the platform and lining up over a billion users on the platform.  There is no other thing this relates to, full stop.  That is not a valid argument, regardless of whether EU authorities agree with them or not.

Cooks Apple either doesn't have guts for Risk or vision .
So the Apple Vision Pro was neither an example of guts for risk or vision?  I think most people would disagree.
