Seriously?? Then pre-order it sooner. Many people wait to see videos like this before they’re comfortable buying the phone. If Geep is in any way a part of the new Quantum organization then Quantum is very likely liable. Just like Bayer is still dealing with the Monsanto lawsuits related to RoundUp herbicide issues. Merging, getting purchased or reorganizing doesn’t generally remove liability for the new combined entity.

Why is that fundamentally different? Apple isn’t allowed to make money on the equipment and the App Store? That seems like a preference of Bornstein but nothing that would hold up in court. To me the App Store commission percentage between platforms is completely relevant and should stand on its own. If Epic is fine with Sony and Nintendo charging 30% then he must be fine with Apple doing the same. How was that not ruled on in summary judgement??

Overcast developer nixes standalone podcasts on Apple Watch, citing watchOS 4 changes
Well apparently I'm the one guy who was using it. Didn't work great, transfer was slow, but still it was the only real option for listening to podcasts while leaving my 6s Plus at home for night runs. It's pathetic that we're more than 2 years in and this functionality (and lack of ebooks from Audible or elsewhere) isn't baked into WatchOS or apps.
