She has ruled against Apple innumerable times in various cases, and for them innumerable times in others. I would remind you -- just as an example -- that she was the judge who oversaw the reduction of fines against Samsung down to essentially nothing. Is that because she is Korean?! LOL
Her peers and the lawyers who appear before her seem to believe that she is disciplined and tough but fair. Do you have any evidence that she unduly favours "leans Dem" companies (that would be every company in Silicon Valley, btw)? Have you reported your evidence to the bar?

Ok this makes me smile. I got the Ring Doorbell Pro for Christmas and wasn’t happy about it not working with HomeKit.
OH HAPPY DAY!!! Thank you Ring. Now get other products certified and I’ll spend some money on them. Lol.

I’m surprised it took this long. Even if there wasn’t any real issue and the story is false, the specter of it being possible is out there now. With all the news of Chinese state sponsored cyber attacks and the like, I would expect to see more of this behavior from companies. They have to protect the perceived integrity of their business right?
Then again........ to some that dollar bill just may be more important than any perceived or real cyber security threat.

I like your piece. I was always expecting something to take advantage of the power the HomePod has inside. I think it will play well in the service focused Apple. I'm ready fo some new features and an App Store for it. They sound amazing and it can hear (actually heard me down the hall and in another room) way better than Alexa. Yes I have those too thanks to getting them free with almost every purchase I had at Best Buy and Amazon this Christmas. I have three HomePods and want one more for my office. Then I swear I'll be done collecting them. LOL!

Not getting my vote. What a stupid thing to run on. Who’s her strategist? Fire him or her. She sounds so out of touch. How about some privacy laws first that protects citizens or holds companies accountable for losing our data? I like my walled garden. It’s the reason I stay and buy more and more Apple products. Every device should come with stock apps so you can get started. Duh. WE speak with our dollars. If a third party provides a better app then we buy it. I don’t need a politician pissing in my yard. There’s no monopoly. We can just choose which operating system to go with. There’s Android, some flavor of Android (Amazon), Blackberry, MS and iOS. She needs to sit her old a$$ down somewhere before she hurts herself.
