    And this photo caption is also incorrect:

    Why not both? I think both. Present live and as well, also produce the filming of that professionally, augmenting it with prerecorded content that sets this to the higher bar that this year’s online only set.

  • Initial failures of Apple's butterfly keyboard doomed it from the start

    I work at a company with > 40-50k employees, where at least 90%+ have MacBook Pros, and the keyboard noise problem on the butterfly mechanism was a significant problem. Although I occasionally have seen issues with grit under keys (not good, but I never have had significant failures of the keyboard itself), the noise of typing on it still bugs the heck out of me and bothered legions of other users at my company as well. I love using my old external Bluetooth magic keyboards at home now instead of the laptop keyboard for this very reason.

    So although you might say that users didn’t complain much about the noise, I think they did but perhaps it didn’t rise to the level of the complaints for the failure rates for the butterfly mechanisms. Anyway, I’m really glad to see this generation retired due to the keyboard typing noise issue.

    This statement is misleading at best, or downright inaccurate. Apple’s engineers. Annoy break in to a phone that us already been encrypted. They. Oils build a back foot for future phones, but not for this one. Their hands are as tied as the FBI’s.

    I second BetterTouchTool (BTT) and also wanted to add the app that I converted from free to pay the fastest with is: SizeUp by Irradiated Software, when you use more than one screen it’s absolutely awesome. I can throw windows from one screen to another with a quick keystroke combo, back and forth. It’s a must if you have two external monitors in addition on to a laptop screen, particularly if you collaborate with others!

    Finally, even better than Carbon Copy is: SuperDuper. Best backup software for Mac out there, great complement to TimeMachine. Made by ShirtPocket Software. Need I say it? It’s SuperDuper!
