    Apple clearly stated the iPads pros supported 5k at the keynote announcement last year, though a compatible monitor did not exist until today.
    USB3.2 supports 20 gigabits per seconds, but that doesn’t matter, as it depends on what version of DisplayPort is supported, which if it’s 1.3 or higher, it’s 5k compatible.

    Sounds like you can't replace the Touch ID mainly, which is already a thing on iPhones, and should be. Nobody should be able to break into someones computer by breaking the security profile and replacing it with a fake. Replacing the motherboard might be quite an issue, but thats already a rare enough issue that people are already dealing with Apple case by case for this.

    They did their most recent education event in Chicago. Maybe NY as it's a mecca for art?
    Just covering the most visited/ populated cities in the U.S.? San Francisco, Chicago and New York are all on the I80 corridor, but I doubt that's a reason.

    Could it be a possibility they are opening a New Apple Store near the venue or one of these product launches might make New York a great backdrop for a new AR or maps iPad app?

    The iMac seems to be a great position for Apples #1 selling desktop machine, but there should still be non all in 1 macs available, whether that be the Mac mini, and the Mac Pro, I imagine if they put the mini and Pro in the same case when they update them( and if) that they would both sell a lot closer to the iMac.

    Why dont they just average the thickness and remove the chin on the newer designs? Actually wondering now that there is an iMac Pro, they look the same(other then color) now, wonder if they will try to differentiate look.
