The logo stands out better in silver than it would in red. Don’t forget that red glass back is now glossy and shiny too. It’s not the matt aluminum of previous iPhones.

Product Red’s like this iPhone 8/8 Plus look so much better and sleeker with that black glass front as opposed to the white fronts of previous Red iPhones. As nice or nicer than the blush gold/ivory white version of the Plus I have. It’s a shame they still can’t offer a product Red iPhone X though. I reckon coating that stainless-steel band in red is still too technically difficult for mass production at the moment. Still that red leather folio case for the X is very nice indeed.

The A11 already nearly as powerful as a 2016/17 Intel i7...wow! How’s the A12 later this year going to do? Impressive, I didn’t realize it was that close! So bring it on Apple! Looking forward to this. I misread...multi-core similar to ‘original’ 15” MBPr, not the recent redesign. So not bad, but still no match for the needs of power users. So it will be offered only on the low-end Macs then.
