  • U.K. regulatory board backs Apple iPhone X claim of 'studio quality' portraits

<< two complaints filed by TV watchers>>

Who then went on the internets and continued their trolling in various forums high and wide, decrying and denouncing all things Apple supported by its ignorant, sheeple fanbase.

Yeah, we're (sadly) all familiar with the type that would file such a complaint. Sigh.
Actually William, what we are more familiar with individuals who misuse the word troll/trolling and apply it anyone or anything on the internet they don't agree with. We are also very familiar with people who have blind loyalty to Apple and attack anyone who doesn't - kind of just like Trump and his minions. And the cute little "sigh" at the end to express condescending exasperation.

It's the whole package that goes with Apple and Android fanboys. God forbid someone should criticize their beloved platform or the behavior of the company making devices using it. And wow, the absolute nerve of someone to question the veracity of advertising claims.

One has to wonder how you would feel about that if the claims were made about Samsung and the camera performance on one of its Galaxy devices. I imagine you would be leading the cheering squad clamoring for conviction and hanging in the town square.

  • Class action certification denied in iPhone 6, 6 Plus "touch disease" case, aftermarket pa...

Right to repair and require Apple and other brands to sell parts to aftermarket shops? Yes. Using parts with an Apple logo not from Apple? No way. Requiring clear and obvious disclosure of aftermarket parts and voiding any warranty? Absolutely. This class action crap is little more than the usual vulture low-life lawyer routine that attempts to find a target with deep pockets and pick them empty. In the end the aggrieved party gets next to nothing and rarely ends up with anything resembling full restitution for any damages or losses suffered. Dead lawyer jokes are not popular because they bear no link to behavior of attorneys going after these kinds of cases. It is little more than a much bigger version of ambulance chasing. It's as bad as the pharmaceutical companies advertising drugs on TV or actual ambulance chasers like Morgan & Morgan or Sean King. Iif you live anywhere near Florida you know who those disgusting creeps are.
