  • Here's what the 16-inch MacBook Pro keyboard sounds like

I'm glad the physical ESC key is back.  I keep accidentally touching the virtual ESC on my 2018 MBP when I unconsciously rest my fingers on the keyboard.

  • Apple wiped all but one third-party SDK from Shazam for iOS in last update

This is such a good thing, and most users won't ever notice a difference. However if companies and pundits are curious why Apple can imbue seemingly irrational loyalty, stuff like this is the reason why.
Wasn't the whole point of buying Shazam to lead its users to Apple Music and iTunes so they can spend money there?  Shazam being ad-supported doesn't fit Apple's music strategy. The resulting increase in privacy is a nice side benefit though.

Fining Facebook is better than revoking Facebook's enterprise developer certificates. Any action and decision which will not potentially affecting users' experience will eb appreciated.

As an end user, I don't want debugging and development of Facebook apps be affected.
Fining Facebook without giving them any other punishment would be pointless.  FB could afford any fine Apple could levy and they would simply continue violating Apple's policy. However, revoking FB's certification gets their complete attention and, hopefully, modifies their behavior.
Private enterprise doesn't have the authority to fine another private enterprise!
Sure they do. They can penalize companies for violating agreed-upon terms, policies or agreements.  Those penalties can be monetary, revocation of service, or some other appropriate deterrent.

  • Apple, Samsung beaten to foldable phone by clunky Royole FlexPai

The phone’s site shows a disclaimer at the bottom that reads “The images above are for reference only. The actual product may differ in terms of (not only) appearance and color.”

If it’s shipping soon, how come they don’t have pictures of an
    actual phone yet?
