If you only use one face then in the Watch app delete all of the other faces and you can not accidentally change a face.  If you want to change faces, go to the face gallery and load what face you want to use.

It is a stylus. More accurate than a finger. My wife uses hers on her iPad Pro 11” to play games such as Words With Friends, Candy Crush and what ever. She loves it. She would use a Pencil with her iPhone if it supported it. Words With Friends is a little harder on the iPhone X. And if it attached like the current Pencil, it would suit her needs/wants. You can sketch in Notes, and I have done that a few times when trying to explain something.

I have no fu**ing idea why Apple doesn't promote this use more often. Apple would easily take over Alexa if they allowed a docking mode for older devices people have laying around.

I fail to understand your comment. There is an iPad Air in an easel stand connected to a charger with “Display & Brightness-Auto-Lock-Never” doing duty as a digital clock in my living room. So, what is the “docking mode” that you want?
