  • Watch: How to stream music on HomePod using iTunes Match

I tried iTunes Match a few months after it came out, and I’m reticent to try it again as it deleted almost one third of all my music from my computer.  I don’t mind if it can’t match the music and not copy the music to the cloud if it has issues, but I mind very much that it deleted my data.  That’s just rude and borders on illegal.  I never gave them permission to do that.

It took weeks determining what was lost and replacing it again, and I’m sure I didn’t get it all back.  It was outrageous and cost me a lot in time and frustration without any compensation, and yet they charge for this service?

Never again, it just hurt too much.
B.S.  iTunes Match does not touch your locally stored Library.
Also, surely anyone that devoted to their music collection would have had a backup of it somewhere? I don't care too much about mine even I have it all backed up...

  • Third iPhone battery lawsuit says Apple used slowdowns to avoid fixing defects

I’m all in for this suit - according to Apple there was nothing wrong with my phone and if I wanted to replace the battery it would cost X.  All it does is shit down spontaneously. When I go to restart it says it’s a dead battery - the second the charger is attached, the battery is back at 75%
There's a difference between having battery life and having peak power. If you connected enough AA batteries together you'd have the same capacity as your car battery. It still wouldn't have enough peak power to actually start your car though.

  • Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad order delays fuel speculation about new model for iMac ...

If you are doing any sort of spreadsheet work it is incredibly faster and easier to have a numeric keypad. It always baffled me why there wasn't a wireless version of the keyboard with keypad when they have had a wired version since the Mac SE.

    That picture though
Are you concerned about what a security guy wears? Does that affect his skills? His contribution to my iDevices security? Or...is what a male wears really important to you..cool if it does, just don't see how it's relevant on a site (to best of my knowledge) not aimed at fashionistas.
The comment had nothing to do with what he was wearing. It was about the poor image quality of the picture. Relax.
