There is such a simple solution to that portion yet Apple does not make it available to iOS: allow a different ringtone/sound for notifications from numbers that are not in your contacts. It's a huge chore to apply a custom setting for every one of my 1000 contacts. This is really whitelisting the people you allow to interrupt you and it's only a shame that you have to do it person by person.

This would be a huge windfall for customers if they bought textbooks on it. IDK if textbooks were offered on the MS Store, but textbooks tend to be way overpriced and usually only used for a semester. When I went to college most of the books that I could sell back were at a serious discount, and most of them I could not sell.
