  • Original 'iBeer' iPhone app made creators $20,000 a day

The developer made too much money and nothing was mentioned about Apple’s commission. Sounds like some developers we’re actually happy with the App Store.

    $2000/day x 30 days is $60,000/mo or $720,000/yr for a simple app. Wow! And Epic complains…….

Why would there be?  30% was a terrific deal.  Everyone bought it from one place. Didn't have to provide your own vendor services, your own download site, your own anything.  Apple did it all.  30% was AWESOME.

  • Apple replacing 13-inch MacBook Pro with 14-inch 'M2' model, leaker says

I don’t get why Apple just doesn’t make a thin version of the MacBook Pro, call it MacBook, and get rid of the Air at this point.

"Air" is a *MASSIVE* brand mark for Apple.  It's been around forever, it's across many products now, and don't forget, nearly all PC laptops sold are now "Ultrabooks" and "Ultrabook" derivatives/descendants, all of which are a knee-jerk reaction to the MacBook Air.     The Air changed everything.  It's no wonder that Apple killed the regular MacBook moniker and kept the Air name once before.   I'm sure they'll retire the Air for Macs, at least, one day, but ...respect.

  • Foxconn India workers beset by worms in food, no running water

The fact of the truth lies in where these worms come from?

No, that’s a detail.  Apple should have been monitoring this all along and making sure it never happened. Because Apple.

  • Apple worker walkout organizers issue demands, size of strike unclear

This is just the same people that organized against Apple before their leader was fired for carelessly leaking inside process info while spending company time and resources on her M. O. - finding ways to besiege the company that hired her.

These people may not be far behind if they cost Apple business instead of doing their jobs.

Idiots should be fired yesterday. Apple and cook have been way too nice, that is the issue and fosters this type of entitled people.

I work for TSMC, Taiwanese Company, pays great but they will never take this type of crap from people. You want to work for us, we will pay you but don’t f- around or you leave!

They're not an American company.  Apple has *PLENTY* of money.  Their margins are plenty high.  They don't pay a living wage in retail.  Do your homework.

    Invoke the abandonment clauses.

Not sure if it’s related to this article but I love the irony of workers insisting on remote working conditions. Why have an expensive remote worker in California when you can have a cheap remote worker in Argentina?

    These #XXXToo self-entitlement initiatives are deliciously self-defeating.

You're so brainwashed by corporations and that damned puritan work ethic, you think human beings should be treated like sh*t.
