  • Review: Fitbit Ionic aims at Apple Watch, but needs more apps

And needs to look much much less ugly.
No it’s fine. If people keep asking for a better look it’ll look more like Apple Watch and be android all over again.

Quote... "Best Buy also has the device in all three colors for $299.95 with free in-store pickup. "

Wow... who thought up that USP !?!

That’s Best Buy’s BS. I think Wal Mart says the same thing.

The idea is they’re shipping it to their store for free.

I’m predicting this is the knockoff that competes in this space.

as years pass it will try to be more like a real Apple Watch.

  • Vietnamese firm trips up iPhone X's Face ID with elaborate mask & makeup

Bet your a** Apple is working on FaceID 2.0.

30,000 dots will probably be doubled, length will be extended, cameras will be better, InVisahe tech and who knows what else.

This will allow better FaceID, more accurate Animoji, object recognition, Better AR, better photo filters etc.

There’s a video on YouTube with a special camera that shows the dots and it obviously looks like 1st gen tech that can be improved.

What a score! Harder for the knockoffs to copy and I bet they’ll use this technology for better FaceID.
They may want to get back to getting rid of the nub, or at least start making their phones thinner instead of the slight increase in thickness we’ve been seeing.
Definitely. It also seems this company has it’s own innovative technologies that help with sensing so I see Apple incorporating this tech into TrueDepth as well.
