Apple Store union must negotiate to get new employee perks
They wanted to unionize, now they have to play by the rules. It’s too bad because Apple Retail has always been quite generous with their benefits package and the pay has always been on the higher end of retail (except for a very brief period during the Browett era).

I think it is contradictory to state “inadvertent denial of service attack”. If the denial of service was caused by high traffic and not malicious, then it is not a DoS attack.
