It's easy to ignore a bridge toll if you haven't crossed any bridges lately.
They are just ramping up a speed camera system here in San Francisco.  If you're caught, you will be contacted by, I guess, the City authorities to pay a fine for speeding.
I'm somewhat fearful this will be a new attack method for scamming.  After all, it's easy to go 11 mph over the limit briefly and not remember.
It's easier to not remember if it's a fake request. 

If it has anything to do with the  Oval Office, of course corruption is involved.
Maybe not 'blatant', but yeah.
